Chapter 1321: Aggrons Attack

Chapter 1321: Aggrons Attack

Chapter 1321: Aggrons AttackResurrection Island's area was much larger than Yuga had imagined. He and Aggron, along with Bulbasaur, spent an entire day exploring but still didn't reach the other side of the island.

Along the way, they collected plenty of medicinal herbs. By nightfall, Yuga and Bulbasaur began sorting the herbs they had gathered during the day into categories.

As expected, Bulbasaur was very clever. It could now sort the herbs by itself in an orderly manner. Yuga decided that once they returned home, he would entrust the management of the medicinal field in the Ecopark to it.

After organizing the herbs for the night, Yuga was about to rest when he noticed Aggron looking hesitant, as if it wanted to say something. Curious, Yuga asked, "What's wrong? If there's something on your mind, just say it."

Aggron hesitated for a while before explaining the reason. It turned out that their current location wasn't far from Aggron's clan's territory. Aggron was debating whether or not to return for a visit.

Yuga asked, "Do you want to go back for revenge?"

Aggron shook its head and then nodded.

In truth, it didn't care much about being injured by its elder brother, but because of its injury, Tyranitar had suffered greatly. That was something it couldn't tolerate.

Though Aggron knew it still wouldn't be able to defeat its elder brother, it thought that since their family had now taken refuge with Yuga, they might as well take advantage of their "backer."

After some thought, Yuga said, "Then let's go take a look. Maybe the place I'm looking for is there."

Aggron nodded. Now that Yuga had made a decision, it no longer needed to dwell on it. Over the past two days, it had noticed that Yuga seemed to be

Aggron's elder brother bellowed furiously at Aggron's younger brother, the sound of its armor clanking like a war drum, seemingly an attempt to intimidate its sibling.

Unwilling to be outdone, Aggron's younger brother roared back, its own armor shaking violently and clanging in defiance.

Seeing this, the other Aggrons immediately prepared to attack Aggron's younger brother. Although it was once part of their group, it had been exiled by their leader, and thus the others no longer recognized its status.

With a wave of its massive hand, Aggron's elder brother silenced the others and issued another roar toward its sibling. It then assumed an offensive stance and, with heavy steps, charged forward using Head Smash.

Aggron's elder brother had assumed its younger sibling was long dead. To see it return unscathed was unexpected—could it be attempting to reclaim the position of leader?

Aggron's younger brother countered by using Heavy Slam, charging toward its brother.

Regardless of the circumstances, Aggron's elder brother had no intention of letting its brother leave today.

Though siblings, the two Aggrons possessed different abilities. Aggron's elder brother's Rock Head ability allowed it to use moves with recoil damage, like Head Smash, without suffering self-harm. In contrast, Aggron's younger brother's Heavy Metal ability gave it an edge with weight-based moves like Heavy Slam.

Boom!

The two heavyweight Pokémon collided. However, Aggron's elder brother, being a Master-level Pokémon, easily overpowered its Champion-level sibling. With the impact, Aggron's younger brother was sent flying, while the elder only staggered back two steps.

Seeing an opening, Aggron's elder brother pressed the attack and used Head Smash again to charge at its sibling. But Yuga had already taken out a Poké Ball and released Nana.

Aggron's younger brother had no chance of winning. Naturally, Yuga wouldn't allow such a hopeless battle to continue.

With a swift Teleport, Nana appeared between the two Aggrons and raised a Reflect barrier.

Bang!

Aggron's elder brother slammed into the Reflect barrier and was repelled backward.

Aggron's younger brother got back on its feet, glanced at Nana, and then quickly retreated to Yuga's side. It was well aware it wasn't a match for its brother, and its earlier attack had been driven by a rush of adrenaline.

Now that it had calmed down, seeking support from a stronger ally was clearly the wiser choice.

Aggron's elder brother steadied itself, its eyes filled with suspicion as it stared at Nana. It then noticed Yuga standing beside its younger brother.

Could this be the helper its brother had brought?

Aggron's elder brother froze momentarily, but Nana didn't. With a wave of her hands, a series of magical leaves floated around her.

As the sound of leaves slicing through the air, "whoosh, whoosh, whoosh," echoed, emerald-green blades shot towards Aggron's elder brother.

Seeing this, the elder brother quickly rolled and dodged, but those leaves seemed to have eyes, curving mid-air and striking him.

Realizing his younger brother had brought reinforcements, Aggron's elder brother no longer insisted on a one-on-one fight. He roared loudly, and the other Aggrons behind him immediately pounced toward Yuga and his companions.

Just as the attack command left Aggron's elder brother's mouth, Nana's magical leaves surged toward him again, forcing him to continue his hasty retreat.

Watching the large number of Aggrons rushing towards them, Yuga didn't feel scared; on the contrary, he felt a bit excited. He planned to capture all these Aggrons in one go since he noticed several of them had excellent potential.

Charizard, Chimecho, Lapras, Venusaur... and even Tyranitar were all released to confront the enemies, leaving Florges to protect Yuga personally.

A chaotic battle thus erupted. Bulbasaur, having never seen such a massive commotion, trembled in Yuga's arms.

The fight started swiftly and ended just as quickly.

Although many of the Aggrons had high levels—some even at Elite level, and another at Champion level—Yuga's Pokémon were either Champion level or Elite Four level and were overwhelmingly powerful. The Aggrons stood no chance.

As for Aggron's elder brother, it was in even worse shape. Despite being Master level Pokémon, it had only recently broken through and stood no chance against Nana, whose strength was comparable to a Level 100 Pokémon.

However, the battle's intensity severely damaged the environment. The mining mountain, home to the Aggron clan, was left in ruins.

The Aggrons, realizing they were outmatched, began using Earthquake recklessly. The mountain ended up riddled with cracks, with many areas collapsing entirely.

Yuga took out Poké Balls and captured all the defeated Aggrons. Aggron's younger brother had no objections to this; after all, they had exiled him from the clan. He naturally didn't feel any sympathy for them.

Besides, it wasn't like Yuga intended to kill them for food.

Yuga roughly counted the Aggrons and estimated there were about eighty of them. While their numbers couldn't compare to the Nido clan, their overall quality far surpassed the Nidos, although their top-tier combat strength lagged behind.

This puzzled Yuga. The Nido clan's strength was attributed to the Revive Herb, but what was the Aggron clan's secret?

Of course, these Aggrons weren't the entire Aggron clan. There were still weaker Aggrons and younger Aron and Lairon on the mountain who hadn't participated in the fight.

Yuga had a hunch that the breakthrough for his system task might lie within the Aggron clan.

"Let's go up the mountain and take a look!" After recalling his other Pokémon, Yuga spoke to Aggron.

"Aggron~"

Aggron nodded and followed Yuga up the mountain.
