Because of the earthquake, no one knew where the gold was buried. After extensive searching, these two men discovered that the gold was near the statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva. Hoping to become rich overnight, they decided to dig for the treasure that night.

Coincidentally, earthquakes began to occur in the vicinity, and UGM radar detected abnormal signals near Otani as well.

The next day, Yang Guang and Ya Demeng were sent by Captain Da Shan to investigate. The two arrived at the statue of Guanyin and saw a child, none other than Xin Fu. He told them that he had dreamt of Guanyin crying the previous night, followed by an earthquake and terrifying noises.
